It is a purchase of New / Re-Sale property such as., Ready for Occupation, Under Construction of New Flat / House or yet to be constructed, Resale of Flats, Individual Houses, Villas, we will co - ordinate the customer to fulfill the Loan process and in clearing the Legal and Technical Valuation process to check the parent documents are in order which is required by bank and it will be more helpful to the customers in their busy schedule.
It is Land + Construction of the property, and the said property will be funded by bank for Land and after that when the construction work the payment will be given as per stage reaches. We will co ordinate with the customer to get the copy of parents documents for the said land to check it is approved by the concern authority who has got powers, and after the registration occurs we will educate our customers to get the detailed estimation from Licensed surveyor which is required by the bank and customer.
